Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, Lai Shan Limited is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public holidays, or customs processing delays.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund process will begin. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. For PayPal refunds, the processing time is also at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days to complete.
Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you must submit a claim within exactly 7 days of receipt. To file a claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
